Touting NYC as a city with some of the world’s best fare may be an overstatement. With new chefs opting for less competitive markets in exchange for the opportunity to be able to express their culinary talents, New York City is not as hot of a dining mecca as in years past.  Don’t agree????? I heard through the grapevine that Napa River Grill is moving to the Camelot Shopping Center.  If this is true, why?  Can anyone tell me what the scoop is?
