What’s going to happen to Napa River Grill

I heard through the grapevine that Napa River Grill is moving to the Camelot Shopping Center.  If this is true, why?  Can anyone tell me what the scoop is?

    Napa River Grill has relocated to the Westport Village at 1211 Herr Lane. Same great food, atmosphere and service. Exciting new shopping center that is another great plus for Louisville.

    The grand opening was last week. Napa River Grill is also now open there.
