2. Provision and hosting

This website is provided on Hostinger web hosting. On access, technically required connection data are processed, in particular IP address, time, requested file, browser information and HTTP status. This serves delivery and securing of the website. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is a safe, working internet offering. Hostinger processes hosting data as a service provider under the contractual privacy agreements. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation, error analysis and security.

3. Contact and partner enquiries

When you contact us we process your name, email address, message and voluntarily added details on phone, company, location and brand. The data are sent by email to FOODBOYZ and used to handle and answer your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in answering business enquiries.

Recipients can include hosting and email service providers used. This form is not used for advertising mail. We delete enquiry data when the processing purpose ends, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate proof interests prevent that.

4. FOODBOYZ AI

The kitchen advisor runs locally in the browser with a FOODBOYZ knowledge base. This local kitchen analysis has no connection to an external AI provider. Texts, equipment details and results are not sent to FOODBOYZ during analysis. Only when you take the analysis into a partner enquiry and submit the form are the included details sent to FOODBOYZ.

For the transfer into the contact form that you trigger, the analysis is stored briefly in your browser session storage and removed when it is read. You can remove the analysis before sending. The advisor takes no decision with legal effect; every partnership is reviewed in person.

5. Technically required protection

The contact form sets a technically required session cookie to block forged form requests. It is not used for tracking and ends with the browser session. The session holds a random security key and timestamps. To prevent abuse the form server stores a cryptographically derived value of the IP address with a counter and timestamps, not your form contents. These protection data are removed after 24 hours at the next form processing. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; required storage and access on the device follow § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

6. No analytics or advertising services

No tracking pixels, analytics providers, advertising cookies, external fonts, embedded maps or social-media plugins are active on this website. Images and other website files load locally from the hosting. That is why no tracking consent banner appears.

7. Your rights

Under the statutory conditions you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation.

You can complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia. Information: ldi.nrw.de.

8. Security

The form uses server-side input checks, a session key and protection against automated repeat requests. Please do not send passwords or especially sensitive information via the contact form.
